<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a dish, in which a responder is embedded, without damaging the film-shaped responder by forming a responding case, which is composed of a first case for housing the responder in a recessed part and a second case for covering this first case, integrally with dish forming parts. CONSTITUTION: The responder housing case is constituted by setting a responder 11 in the recessed part of a lower case part 7a and covering the responder with an upper case part 3a. Then, the responder housing case is covered with molding materials 17 and molded by heating and pressing while operating a press molding machine. At the time of this heating and pressing molding, stress caused by the molding materials 17 that flow by loading pressure, can be suppressed by the upper case part 3a and the lower case part 7a housing the responder 11 and the responder 11 can be hardly damaged. Besides, since the heating and pressing molding is performed in the state of fitting the projecting part of the upper case part 3a into the recessed part of the lower case part 7a, even when the molding materials 17 flow, the upper case part 3a can be hardly detached from the lower case part 7a.</p> |
