PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection/disconnection device for a plastic tube capable of containing aerosol particles generated by the heating of the plastic tube. SOLUTION: In a closed chamber constituted of the base and cover of a device, aerosol particles generated from a tube T melted by the connection or cutting due to a heating wafer 20 are negatively charged by an ion generator 24 and the charged particles 36 are collected by a ground plate 32 being a neutral metal plate. Therefore, the discharge of the particles 36 from the device to the atmosphere is prevented.
