摘要 <p>Stand for use in the manufacture of sparkling wines by the champagne process is arranged so that a large number of bottles can be placed, neck downwards, in shaped plastic cones; the inclination of the bottles is increased progressively from 45 degrees, so that any deposit descends to the cork from which it is subsequently expelled. At the same time the deposit is detached from the bottle by a jolting action combined with a partial rotation of the bottle.</p>
