<p>PURPOSE: To keep a pallet for a mechanical type parking facility waiting in a car entrance at the desired time, and to prevent the waiting of a driver by remotely controlling the entrance-leaving times of an automobile through a communication means. CONSTITUTION: Messages are exchanged with a place separate from a mechanical type parking facility 5 through an access means 2. A signal from the access means 2 is converted and stored, and the signal and information regarding the state of the parking facility are compared and arithmetically operated according to a command signal by a central processing arithmetic operation control means 3. A specified pallet is made to wait in the car entrance of the mechanical type parking facility 5 at a fixed time by an arithmetic result. A telephone line, a voice modem and a LAN are used as a communication means and the access means 2.</p> |
