PURPOSE: To provide a novel electrostatic air cleaner which is capable of performing a function in addition to an original dust collection function. CONSTITUTION: In the electrostatic air cleaner having a constitution such that a dust collection electrode 11 and dust collection paper 13 are attached to the peripheral surface of a cylindrical case 10, and an ionizing electrode 12 is arranged at the outside of the lower part of the cylinder case 10, a deodorizing part having an ultraviolet ray lump 15, an optical catalyst 17 and an ozone catalyst 19 is provided in the inside of the cylinder case 10. |
