PURPOSE: To accurately and quickly collect obstruction information in a system command control section, etc., and report this to related and concerned places during the occurrence of such obstruction so as to quickly and properly deal with the obstruction. CONSTITUTION: Upon receiving the input of obstruction information, station terminals 1A to 1C arranged in respective stations transmit the obstruction information to a central control device 2 via a public net 3. After receiving the obstruction information, the central control device 2 makes report information according to the content of the obstruction information and transmits this obstruction report information via the public net 3 to the terminals 1A to 1C in stations other than the station as an originator of the obstruction information. After receiving the obstruction report information, the terminals 1A to 1C report the content of the obstruction report information to station staff by means of monitor displaying or printer outputs. |
