PURPOSE: To provide a production process for a dried laver sheet to which a seasoning gusto food such a cheese, Japanese plum, horse radish, cod roe, white bait, herring roe, egg yolk, tangle thin flake or flakes of a fish such a salmon or sea bream is applied so that their deliciousness are synergistically enhanced, when they are eaten together. CONSTITUTION: When a sheet of laver is produced by casting the laver slurry onto a screen, draining, drying or roasting it and peeling off the sheet from the screen, a seasoning gusto food is applied to the laver sheet after draining but before drying, then they are dried together to give the objective laver sheet to which a gusto food is laminated. |
