PURPOSE: To prevent braking operation from being forgot by projecting a parking brake lever toward a getting on/off passage to a driver seat so as to prevent a driver from leaving the seat when the parking brake lever arranged on a getting on/off side of the driver seat is operated in the brake releasing direction. CONSTITUTION: A driver seat 7 is supported so that its direction can be changed around an axial line of a driver seat base 6, and base ends of a brake lever 12 is mounted in both outside ends of a lever supporting shaft 11 passed through a stepped expanded diameter part 8 in the seat base 6. When the parking brake lever 12 is operated to a brake releasing position P1, a part from a intermediate part to the tip part in the parking brake lever 12 is projected toward a getting on/off passage 30 in front of the driver seat 7, so that the driver is prevented from leaving the driver seat 7. Therefore, the operation of a parking brake can be prevented from being forget in leaving the seat. As the parking brake lever 12 is switched in the longitudinal direction integrally with the driver seat 7, the operating direction is kept in the same direction even if the driver seat 7 is directed in any direction, so that operation is facilitated while erroneous operation can be prevented. |
