PURPOSE: To obtain a dielectric small in absolute value of τf without deteriorating dielectric constant εr and the property of Q by incorporating a specific tungsten bronze type solid solution into a microwave dielectric porcelain composition. CONSTITUTION: The microwave dielectric porcelain composition contains the tungsten bronze type solid solution expressed by formula. In the formula, 0.5<=x<=0.7, 0<y<=0.4, each of RI and RII is Sm, Nd, La, Ce and Pr. The dielectric porcelain composition having 80-90 in dielectric constant, 9000-10000 Q.f and about 0 temp. efficient τis obtained by replacing the structural element of the tungsten bronze structure. Then, the dielectric porcelain composition is excellent as a microwave dielectric resonator, is capable of making the resonator small in size and useful for a portable telephone, a car telephone, a satellite broadcast receiver or the like. Also the dielectric porcelain composition has sufficient electric characteristics even in low frequency region and is used as a condenser for temp. compensation. |
