PURPOSE: To dispense with the countermeasures against the sliding noises at the time of a high-speed travel and the abrasion of current collectors and feed power to an elevator when a car is stopped at an optional position by bringing the current collectors into contact with trolley lines each time the car is stopped, and bringing the current collectors into no contact with the trolley lines during the travel of the elevator. CONSTITUTION: When an elevator car starts moving, a contact point 14 is closed, coils 9A, 9B are excited, power is fed from a battery 15, a moving iron core 10A is attracted to a fixed iron core 17, and current collectors 7A, 7B are retreated to positions 7A', 7B'. A load 16 such as illumination is excited from the battery 15. When the elevator car is stopped, the contact point 14 is opened, the coils 9A, 9B are de-magnetized, the moving iron core 10A and the current collectors 7A', 7B' are advanced by a release spring 11A and stopped at positions 7A, 7B in contact with the trolley lines 6A, 6B. The battery 15 is charged by the excitation from the trolley lines 6A, 6B. The current collectors 7A', 7B' are separated from the trolley lines 6A, 6B during a travel. |
