PURPOSE: To provide a seat back hard to generate the lowering of appearance caused by the slackening of a flexible sheet material connecting a main cushion pad and an auxiliary cushion pad at the upper edge parts thereof. CONSTITUTION: Stepped parts 19, 29 are formed to the rear surfaces of the upper edge parts to which both ends of a flexible sheet material 31 are bonded of both of a main cushion pad 11 and an auxiliary cushion pad 21 so as to be depressed toward the outer surfaces of the cushion pads to reach the upper surfaces of the upper edge parts of the cushion pads and the flexible sheet material 31 is provided to the gap 20 between the stepped parts formed to the upper surfaces of the upper edge parts of both cushion pads under tension by the superposition of the rear surfaces of both cushion pads.
