PURPOSE: To reduce the equipment cost of a mold and molding work cost, to dispense with a special jig or special skill in finish work cutting a molded grommet semimanufactured product into a predetermined shape/dimension and to perform accurate cutting work with high efficiency to enhance yield. CONSTITUTION: V-shaped ring groove (which may be a groove, a ridge or a stepped part) 12c is formed to the U-shaped part 12b of a mold and the mold is dipped in a molten transparent synthetic resin material (A) to produce a dipping molded product and the molded product is cut along a ring ridge 13a while the ring ridge 13a formed by the ring groove 12c is visually observed to form a cut surface (j) or (k) (C).
