PURPOSE: To save electric power and make the capacity of an electric source proper for supplying electric power to the wire saw by accumulating as an electric power regenerative current provided between input terminals of a servo- amplifier and generated at the decelerated rotation of a motor, and supplying electric power accumulated at the decelerated rotation to the motor at the accelerated rotation of the motor. CONSTITUTION: The condenser 122 acts to charge regenerative electric power output from the input terminals of a servo-amplifier 124 connected to following steps, then the charged current is supplied to the servo-amplifier 124. Namely, the regenerative current generated during the period of the decelerated rotation of a driving motor 126 is inputted into the condenser 122 via the servo-amplifier 124 so that the regenerative current is charged Into the condenser 122. Then, during the period of accelerated rotation of the driving motor 126, the current charged in the condenser 122 flows to the servo-amplifier 124 and used as an energy during the period of the accelerated rotation of the driving motor 126. Accordingly, an electric source utilized for wire traveling is adequate to have a capacity capable of supplying only the electric power required for a stationary speed traveling of the wire. |
