PURPOSE: To make an external force, which is required to turn a cover portion down onto a body portion of a container, sufficiently small, to prevent the cover portion which has been turned down from returning to its open position and to prevent an unexpected break and separation of the cover and body portions. CONSTITUTION: This packaging container includes a container body portion 1, a cover portion 2 adapted to be fitted onto the portion 1, and a connection portion 7 for integrally connecting both of the portions 1, 2. And a stripe-like thin walled part 8 is provided at about the center of the portion 7 in width direction thereof so as to extend in a straight line over the entire length of the portion 7, and at least one interrupted part 9 is provided at an end of the part 8 or at the midpoint thereof. |
