PURPOSE: To provide a food packing material in which vacuum heating can be performed without using a large sealed container and a pressure reducing device, and the interior of the packing material can be prevented from becoming at least a certain temperature even if it is heated under condition of atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION: This food packaging material comprises a first packing material 1 constituted of a gas separation film which absorbs gas generated by heating a food 3 or is permeable to the gas and a heat resistant material having high gas-barrier properties, and further includes a second packaging material 2 which covers the outer side of the first packaging material 1. |
