PURPOSE: To provide a nobel rolling bearing not necessary to eliminate a need for mounting a seal member of complicated structure and reduce rotation torque and to provide an efficient manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An annular region 3 by which inner and outer rings 1 and 2 are partitioned from each other is filled with a solid lubricity composition 6 formed of a mixture of resin and a lubrication component. A region 3 is filled in a fluid state with a solid lubricity composition 6, and after heating, cooling is effected to perform solidification. In prior to fill with the lubricity composition in a fluid state, a film of a lubrication component is preformed between the pocket 5a of the holder 5 and a ball and this constitution prevents the lubricity composition 6 from being located in the gap.
