PURPOSE: To easily produce a mold for molding a thermosetting resin product having a smooth molding surface high in hardness, low in drying shrinkage factor and enhanced in accuracy even if the shape of the molding surface is complicated. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting resin product is molded through a process A producing a master model having the same shape as a mold, a process B producing a reversal mold using the master model, a process C providing a heating pipe above the surface of the reversal mold, a process D casting concrete mixed with silica fume and a water reducing agent in the upper part of the reversal mold, a concrete aging process E and a demolding process F taking out a concrete cured object from a form. |
