PURPOSE: To restrict a process for transferring a nut, which is to be used for fastening a segment, from a nut supplying device to a nut hand at the minimum so as to reduce an occupation space. CONSTITUTION: A nut holding part holds a supplied nut 2, performing the positioning thereof. A slide base 10 holding the nut 2 is moved to a loading arm main body 30 side. The nut 2 is sucked for holding by a suction part of the loading arm. The loading arm and a centering clamp unit 302 are rotated by the predetermined angleα, and thereafter, the loading arm main body 30 is moved to the nut hand side, and the loading arm is moved forward so as to transfer the nut 2, which is held by the loading arm, to the nut hand.
