PURPOSE: To provide a flower pot water control device capable of saving the waste of a cut flower with a flower pot based on the physiology of plants and supplying water in a labor-saved state, formed in a shape capable of preventing the water from flowing out at once, even when suddenly pushed down to wholly flow out the water, and capable of preventing rain water from forming such a puddle as permitting the multiplication of mosquito larva, when the flower is died and subsequently when it rains. CONSTITUTION: A cut flower 10 is inserted into a material capable of absorbing water by a capillary phenomenon, and water is supplied into the water-absorbing material from another container through a pipe. For a cut flower 10 disliking the excessive water, the other container for supplying the water is placed at a lower position than that of the absorbing material. When the other container for supplying the water is placed on the side of the flower vase, the absorption of water from the water level of the other container is controlled so as to prevent the excessive supply of the water. The invasion of mosquito into the other container for supplying the water is inhibited for the prevention of the multiplication of mosquito larvae. Spaces around the flower vase are filled so that the water does not flow out, even when the flower vase is pushed down. |
