PURPOSE: To improve the strength of a part of a jig except for a cutting blade part by setting the blade tip working quantity of the cutting face, which forms a cutting blade ridge line, larger than the blade tip working quantity of the flank side. CONSTITUTION: A control board 10 is arranged outside of a work 1 so as to three-dimensionally control the working quantity of a barrel polishing to be applied to the work 1. Change rate of the working quantity can be freely set by changing the ratio of the inner diameter of the control board 10 in relation to the minimum circumscribing circle of the work 1. The ratio of the working quantity of the cutting face side 21 and the working quantity of the flank side 22 of the work 1 can be controlled by changing the thickness J of the control board 10 and the thickness D of a spacer 2, and as the thickness J of the control board 10 is increased and as the thickness D of the spacer 2 is increased, the working quantity of the cutting face side 21 is increased. Consequently, working quantity of a nose R part can be reduced than the working quantity of each side, and at the same time, the working quantity A2 , B2 , C2 of the cutting face side 21 can be set larger than the working quantity of the flank side 22. |
