PURPOSE: To ensure excellent molding processability while obtaining impact resistance by using copolyester wherein a polymer melting peak and sub-peak temp. are specific values as a main component and specifying surface orientation properties, intrinsic viscosity, the center line average roughness of a single surface and the difference between the max. and min. values of an in-plane direction refractive index. CONSTITUTION: A film for metal laminate molding processing is based on copolyester wherein polymer melting temp. is 210-257 deg.C and sub-peak temp. is 100-240 deg.C. When the polymer melting temp. is below 210 deg.C, heat resistance is insufficient and, when the polymer temp. is above 257 deg.C, moldability is insufficient. Intrinsic viscosity is set to 0.60-1.5. Further, the center line average roughness of at least a single surface, that is, a squeeze processing and/or a draw processing surface is set to 0.01-0.15μm and face orientation properties are set to 0.118-0.165. In the case of below 0.118 in surface orientation properties, impact resistance after molding is insufficient and, in a case exceeding 0.165, moldability is deteriorated. The difference between the max. and min. values of an in-plane refractive index is set to 0.06 or less. |
