摘要 PURPOSE: To suppress the intake air resistance by an intake guide wall in an small value, and improve the charging efficiency of the intake air, by raising the intake guide wall from a wall of inter-valve hole between an intermediate intake valve hole and a terminal intake valve hole, and leading out the intake guide wall to the middle part of an intake port. CONSTITUTION: In this multicylinder three-valve diesel engine, a intake port 2, an exhaust port, an auxiliary combustion chamber, and the like are provided in a cylinder head 1, at each cylinder. The intake port 2 forms an intake air lead-in port part 3 at its starting end, and furnishes an intermediate intake valve hole 4 and a terminal intake valve hole 5 at its middle part and starting end. In this case, an intake guide wall 7 is raised from a wall part 6 of inter- valve hole between the intermediate intake valve hole 4 and the terminal intake valve hole 5, and it is extended to the middle part of the intake port 2. A part 9 of the intake air 8 is made to be guided to the intermediate intake valve hole 4, and thereby, the excess and shortage of the intake air distributing amount to the valve holes 4 and 5 are eliminated.
