In the head positioning device including a driving plate(3) for transporting a tray(2) into the housing(1) and a head member(5) rotatably mounted on a journal shaft(4), an operation lever(6) is prolonged parallel with the journal shaft of the head member, such that its end(7) passed through slot hole(9) of the lower chassis(8). An arcuate push member(11) restrained by a spring(10) is mounted at the end of the driving plate(3) so as to push the end(7) of the operation lever(6).
