The bleaching compositions against 100 wt.parts a sulfo fatty acid ester salt of the following general formula(V) contains (1)0.1-10 wt.parts hydrogen peroxide (2)0.1-10 wt.parts a buffer agent of more than one element selected from the group consisting of a alkali metal silicate of the following general formula(I), a sodium carbonate of the following general formula(II) and a sodium borate of the following general formula(III), and (3)0.1-80 wt.% a bleaching activator against said hydrogen peroxide(1). In these formulas, R is C8-C22, R1 is hydrogen or C1-C4 -alkyl; M is alkali metal forming aqueous salt or triethanol amine, diethanol amine, monoethanol amine or ammonium ion.
