The driving converter is designed to generate greater torque than traditional crank arm with same power using a guide housing having special curve of guide surface. The driving converter includes : a roller bearing (4) installed to both ends of a sliding crank arm (2); a guide housing (3); a rotary shaft (1) installed eccentrically to the guide housing (3); and a pin installed to both ends of a sliding crank arm (2).
