The electrical millstone includes : a driving section (1); an electrical motor (2); a reduction gear (3); an outlet (4); a gear shaft (5); a slanted plate (6); a fabricating section (7); an internal gear (9); a separating plate (10); a supply section (12); and an injection hole (13).
