PURPOSE: To enable a client to make use of information managed by a server at a different point that the client is not connected directly to by taking in the information managed by the server at the different to the server at its own point and displaying the information on the client. CONSTITUTION: Once the server receives a different-point information request signal from the client by an information receiving means 3, an information judging means 4 sends the different-point information request signal to an inter-point information judging means 9. The inter-point information judging means 9 investigates whether a connection with the different point is made by using a connecting point list managed by an inter-point connection managing means 7, and passes the different-point information request signal to an inter-point information transmitting means 10 when the connection is made and the last information update time is older than a threshold time. The inter-point information transmitting means 10 sends an information request signal to the server at the corresponding point and instructs an information transmitting means 5 for transmission after obtaining desired different-point information from an inter-point information receiving means 8, thereby sending the desired different-point information to the client. |
