CONSTITUTION: Plural insurance commodity information each consisting of insurance commodity name and its accessary information are previously stored in a commodity information storing means 111 and objective and subjective conditions related to a customer in no conformity with each insurance commodity are previously stored in a narrowing-down condition storing means 112 by insurance commodities as a narrowing-down condition of each commodity. When the objective and subjective information of a certain customer is inputted, an insurance commodity name matched with a narrowing-down condition satisfying the inputted objective and subjective information is read out from the means 112 and insurance commodities excluding the insurance commodity of the commodity name concerned are selected and presented to the customer as proposal commodities 114.
