PURPOSE: To provide a waterproof electric wire connecting part by which water does not infiltrate toward a contact part between internal electric wires and a conductive member. CONSTITUTION: An electric wire connecting part is provided with a main body part 1 of an insulator having plural grooves 5a and 5b to receive at least two covered conductors 3a and 3b, a conductive member 2 which is supported in the almost center of this main body part 1 and electrically connects mutual internal electrice wires 12a and 12b in the respective covered conductors 3a and 3b and cover members 4a and 4b of insulators to be liquidtightly joined to the main body part 1 in a part except the grooves 5a and 5b. A waterproof jelly substance 22 to cut off water infiltrating toward a contact part between the respective internal electric wires 12a and 12b and the conductive member 2 through the respective grooves 5a and 5b by spreading between the outer periphery of coverings 11a and 11b of the covered conductors 3a and 3b and an inside surface of the cover members 4a and 4b when the main body part 1 and the cover members 4a and 4b are joined to each other, is provided in the main body part 1 and/or in the cover member 4a and 4b.
