<p>PURPOSE: To set and change analysis parameters in correspondence with the state of a plant. CONSTITUTION: A frequency analysis part 103 uses the data fetched by a data input part 102, performs the frequency analysis on line by the analysis parameters comprising the specified sampling period and the specified data number and outputs the on-line frequency analysis data. A comparing part 104 compares the on-line frequency analysis data and the normal-time frequency analysis data and outputs the result of the comparison. A judging part 10 judges the state of a plant based on the result of the comparison. A judged-result notifying part 107 notifies the outside of the judged-result data. An analysis- parameter indicating part 108 fetches the judged-result data and sets and changes the analysis parameters, which are analyzed by the frequency analysis part 103, in correspondence with the judged-result data.</p> |
