<p>PURPOSE: To surely transmit/receive information between an on-vehicle communication equipment and a road equipment by detecting a malfunctioning antenna by using the communication probability of each antenna. CONSTITUTION: On an entrance gate 100, the entrance information of a toll road is transmitted to an on-vehicle equipment 30 loaded on a vehicle 90 through an entrance antenna 117. On a midway route 200, route passage information is transmitted to the equipment 30 through a route grasping antenna 217. A tollgate antenna 341, a tollgate antenna controller 332 and a local controller 380 arranged on an exit gate 300 are functioned as a malfunctioning antenna detector. When the passage frequency of a certain exit gate 300 reaches the prescribed number of times, the communication probability of the gate is found out in each antenna by using the inlet information and the route passage information. A road antenna in which a difference between the found communication probability and a previously determined reference value exceeds a prescribed value is detected as a malfunctioning antenna.</p> |
