<p>PURPOSE: To produce a color filter having excellent heat resistance in which a multicolored fine pattern having uniform thickness and high accuracy is formed on a substrate with good follow-up property and workability of a photosensitive film. CONSTITUTION: The multicolored pattern of a color filter is produced by repeating the following processes. (1) A photosensitive film comprising a base film 1 and a photosensitive resin layer 2 colored into one color is laminated on a transparent substrate 4 in such a manner that the colored photosensitive reins layer 2 faces the substrate 4. (2) The photosensitive film is exposed to light to form a pattern and (3) developed. In this method, the photosensitive resin layer 2 of the second or succeeding color is laminated in such a manner that the layer 2 faces the substrate 4 while a space 5 is formed among the pixels. Between the process (2) and the process (3), the producing method includes a process to peel the base film 1 and a process to transfer the photosensitive resin layer 2 of the second or succeeding color from the space 5 among pixels to the surface of the transparent substrate by electrostatic force. The process (1) to laminate the film is performed by an electrostatic force.</p> |
