PURPOSE: To provide a floor heating panel and a floor heating structure, which will never waste a power consumption and will never spoil the beauty of flooring, wherein the boundary of a floor heating area in a room is structured so as not to attract attention when it is seen from the upper part of a floor surface. CONSTITUTION: Long plate type double heater panels, laid on the floor surface in a room while accommodating a heat generating body or a heater wire 15 and provided with a surface member 30 fixed to the upper surface thereof, is provided with a plurality of heat generating bodies 15, arranged in a part, whose lengthwise direction is divided into a predetermined length, and capable of generating heat, and connecting wires 21, extended to the outside of the floor heating panel from respective heat generating bodies 15 and connected respectively to the external connecting wires while capable of generating heat individually. |
