PURPOSE: To easily discriminate a laminated optical disk as a disk having about 0.6mm thickness. CONSTITUTION: This laminated optical disk 10 consists of an information recording disk 12 with an optical information recording layer and a dummy disk 13 laminated on the rear side of the disk 12 and not subjected to optical information recording. The thickness t1 of the disk 12 is about 0.6mm and that t2 of the disk 13 is about 0.6mm. An information display part 14 displaying information including information for discriminating the kind of the optical disk is formed on the front side of the dummy disk 13. This optical disk can be discriminated from the conventional single-faced compact disk having 1.2mm thickness by reading out the information displayed in the display part 14. |
