The system provides the ease for use by selecting a test bit rate of a switch network to vary the test channel easily and the portableness by minimizing its size, and includes a test data generator; a test system; a memory storing the test data temporarily; an error detector comparing the two test data from the test system and the memory; a writing address generator enabling the test data to be written on the memory; a reading address generator enabling the test data to be read from the memory; a test data selector reading selectively a part of the stored test data.
