<p>PURPOSE: To thin a coil part and reduce manufacturing costs, by forming a bobbin and a coil respectively like a sheet and a thin sheet, layering a detection substrate for detecting a magnetic flux generated by the coil, and mounting a magnetic core in a manner to hold the bobbin, coil and detection substrate. CONSTITUTION: The current detector is provided with a sheet-like bobbin 11, a sheet coil 12 of a thin plate layered in parallel to the bobbin 11, a detection substrate 13 layered to the bobbin 11 for detecting a magnetic flux generated by the sheet coil 12, and a magnetic core 14 mounted to hold the layered bobbin 11, coil 12 and substrate 13. The core 14 surrounding the bobbin 11 in a direction of a short side is divided half in a thicknesswise direction of the bobbin 11, that is, consists of a core member 14a fitted at one side of the bobbin 11 and a core member 14b fitted at the other side of the bobbin 11. Accordingly, almost all of the magnetic flux generated by the coil 12 accts to a Hall device 19, so that a current is detected with high accuracy.</p> |
