<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a toner contg. an almost colorless metal-free calix-(n)-arene compd. having satisfactory dispersibility and compatibility with the resin of the toner. CONSTITUTION: This toner contains at least. one kind of calix-(n)-arene compd. represented by the general formula, wherein n=X+Y, each of X and Y is an integer of >=1, (n) is an integer of 4-8, the repeating units are different from each other and connect alternately, each of R<2> and R<12> is H, halogen, 1-12C alkyl which may be branched, aralkyl, nitro or phenyl which may have a substituent and each of R<5> and R<15> is H or 1-3C alkyl.</p> |
