<p>PURPOSE: To provide a remote monitoring control system capable of starting control without any problem even when the present state of a terminal equip ment is unknown in the case of starting the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: Host CPU 1 specifies a default starting flag in down load data to '0' at the time of starting the terminal equipment 4 in a preoperation state and specifies it to '1' at the time of starting in a default state. On the other hand, a local controller 3 is provided with a terminal state storing part 36, a terminal setting data temporary storing part 37 and a data comparing and judging part 38 which resets operation state data in all the terminals stored in the terminal state storing part when the flag in data in the terminal setting data temporary storing part 37 is '1' and resets terminal operation state data in a pertinent terminal when data is not coincident, to store data in the terminal setting data temporary storing part in a terminal setting data storing part, and CPU 33 starting the terminal stored in the terminal state storing part in the preoperation state and starting a not-stored terminal in the default state.</p> |
