PURPOSE: To automatically produce the requested electronic mails to be processed and also to retrieve these mails at both transmission and reception sides by providing a mail transmission part within a data base management host to produce and transmit the electronic mails and also providing a dealing request register part and a mail reception part at every terminal. CONSTITUTION: The request data given from a processing request register part 11a of a terminal 11 are registered into a data base 23 of a data base management host 24. The electronic mails are produced at a mail transmission part 24b of a dealing procedure management data base system 24a and sent and stored into a mail box 25 of a mail management host 26. Then the box 25 is retrieved and the mails are received at a mail reception part 21b of the corresponding terminal 21. In such a constitution, the electronic mails are automatically produced, transmitted, retrieved and received. Therefore, the burden of a mail dealer is reduced and also the circuit availability is improved. |
