<p>PURPOSE: To prevent separation of fluid flow or the like from being generated on the connecting part of a different diameter piping, and prevent vibration, noise, pressure loss in the part by arranging a straightening body of a truncated cone having a plurality of holes are arranged on a side wall, on a connecting part of a large piping and a small piping. CONSTITUTION: In a part formed in such a constitution that a cylindrical piping 3 having a small cross section is connected to the cover plate 2 of a cylindrical piping 1 having a large cross section, a straightening body 4 of a truncated cone is arranged on the connecting part of the piping 1 and the piping 3. In the rectification body 4, a small diameter side opening part is arranged so as to form an annular clearance on the outer circumference of the opening end of the piping 3, a large diameter side opening part is arranged so as to connect it to the inner part side wall of the piping 1, and the side wall formed in the vicinity of both opening ends is formed in a round shape so as to control boundary flow of a fluid. A plurality of boundary layer suction holes 5 are drilled on the side wall. The sump chamber 7 of the fluid is formed by arranging the rectification body 4, and thereby, separation of fluid flow is prevented on the boundary layer of the rectification body 4, and vibration and noise are reduced effectively.</p> |
