PURPOSE: To increase assembling work efficiency at the time of incorporating a photosensor for detecting film perforations. CONSTITUTION: A device which is provided with the photosensor 6 for detecting perforations of film FI and positions/stops the fed film FI on a prescribed reference member 1 in the feeding direction based on the output of the detection of the photosensor 6 is equipped with a film pressure plate 4 having a light transmission part 4b and positioning the film FI on the reference member 1 in the thickness direction, and a mounting base plate 5 on which the photosensor 6 is mounted and which is arranged so that the photosensor 6 faces the part where the perforations of the film FI are formed through the light transmission part 4b of the film pressure plate 4.
