PURPOSE: To narrow a frame part of a display surface, to reduce a material cost and an assembling man-hour by using no printed circuit board for connecting TCP(tape carrier package). CONSTITUTION: Beforehand, a connection electrode for connecting the input terminals 12, 13 and the output terminals 10, 11 of the TCPs 14, 15 on a peripheral part of a glass substrate, and the TCPs 14, 15 are set on the glass substrate 1 through an anisotropy conductive film. The TCPs 14, 15 are heated and pressed by tools, and the TCP input terminals 12, 13 and the TCP output terminals 10, 11 of the TCPs 14, 15 are connected to the connection electrode on the glass substrate 1. |
