PURPOSE: To provide a spread spectrum communication equipment allowing both of a master station and a slave station to use false noise signals with the same code and carriers with the same frequency by simple constitution without lossing privacy. CONSTITUTION: A master station 14 is provided with a phase synchronizing circuit 15 for synchronously receiving a false noise signal with a prescribed code consisting of an N-chip period which is transmitted from a slave station 1 and a phase control circuit 16 for transmitting a false noise signal with the same code obtained by shifting the phase of the synchronously received false noise signal more than one chip and less than (N-1) chips. |
