PURPOSE: To reduce the input frequency of plan views of houses and to improve the efficiency of evaluation calculation by dividing a multiple dwelling house into plural sets of blocks with plural houses constituting the multiple dwelling house as a set, executing evaluation calculation for every block unit and then executing the evaluation calculation of the whole of the multiple dwelling house. CONSTITUTION: A Block dividing means 1 divides a multiple dwelling house to be evaluated into plural blocks each of which consists of plural houses having different plans or the same plants as a set. A block drawing input part 2a inputs the plan drawing of each block divided by the means 1 through an OCR device. A block evaluation calculating processing part 2b calculates the evaluation point of each block and stores the calculated result in a block-classified data table 3. A number-of-blocks setting means 4 sets up the number of blocks for every block name and stores the set data in a number-of-blocks data table 6. A batch evaluation calculating processing part 7 accumulates evaluation points stored in the table 3 in accordance with the number of blocks and outputs the sum total of the points to a one building-house data table 8 as a house evaluation calculation table for the one multiple dwelling house.
