PURPOSE: To enable operations in all directions with simple structure by providing a rotation detecting means for detecting the rotation of a shaft while being supported by an instructing member. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a cross-shaped shaft to be rotated around X and Y axes, brackets 5-1 and 5-2 for supporting the X axis of the cross-shaped shaft so as to freely rotate it, bracket 6-1 to be supported by the Y axis of the cross-shaped shaft so as to be freely rotated, manipulating member for manipulating the bracket 6-1 so as to rotate it around the X and/or Y axis, first rotation detecting means 7 for detecting the rotation of the X axis while being supported by the brackets 5-1 and 5-2, and second rotation detecting means 8 for detecting the rotation of the Y axis while being supported by the bracket 6-1. Then, the X axis of the cross-shaped shaft is supported by the brackets 5-1 and 5-2 so as to be freely rotated, the bracket 6-1 is supported by the Y axis of the cross-shaped shaft so as to be freely rotated and the bracket 6-1 is rotated around the X and/or Y axis by the manipulating member so that operations in all directions can be performed. |
