<p>PURPOSE: To improve piping workability while opptionally restricting flexibility by fitting bending restricting piece having a projection which is fit to a recessed part along the axial direction of a flexible pipe, in the flexible pipe which consists of an inner layer made of a soft material, and an outer layer which is formed by winding a band in a spiral shape, and whose outer surface has a recessed/projection part. CONSTITUTION: A flexible pipe has an inner layer 2 which is formed by joining adjacent side rims on which soft synthetic resin made tape is wound in a spiral shape. And the flexible pipe has an outer layer 3, wherein a hard synthetic resin made band 4 to be formed on bending top end parts 4a, 4a which are formed in a horizontal cross sectional nearly S-shape and whose both ends are formed in an inverted parallel shape is wound spirally along the outer circumferential surface of the inner layer 2, and the bending top end parts 4a, 4b which are provided in vicinity of the band 4 are connected to each other by movably engaging with each other in a pipe axial direction. In this case, projections 12 formed on the half surface of the rod shaped main body 11 of a hard synthetic resin made bending restricting piece 10 at an equal pitch are engaged with a precessed/projection part formed on the outer surface of the outer layer 3 along a pipe axial direction, and thereby, flexibility of the flexible pipe 1 can be restricted.</p> |
