PURPOSE: To enable a vehicle to pass through an exit toll gate without stopping while preventing a toll from being unpaid. CONSTITUTION: In the toll reception device having an IC card 6, communication between a road-side equipment and an on-vehicle communication unit are performed, when the vehicle approaches the entrance toll gate and displays information regarding exit toll gates that the vehicle can pass through with the IC card 6 by a set payment system at a display part 8. When the vehicle passes through a check barrier on the toll road, toll information on the toll up to the exit toll gate right after the check barrier is displayed at the display part 8. When the vehicle approaches the exit toll gate, toll information on the toll up to the exit toll gate and information showing whether or not the toll can be paid with the IC card 6 in use are displayed at the display part 8. When the payment is possible, the toll is collected from the IC card 6. When the vehicle passes through the exit of a service area, etc., the rest time in the service area, etc., is displayed at the display part 8. |
