PURPOSE: To decrease the frequency of reporting to a managing means and to lower the running cost by reporting trouble occurring in an ATM to the managing means only when preset reporting conditions are satisfied in the case of the trouble. CONSTITUTION: An operator sets the reporting conditions first on a remote maintenance terminal 8, and writes and saves information on the reporting conditions in a storage means 4. A judging means 3 sends only information satisfying the preset reporting conditions among pieces of trouble reporting information from the ATM 1 to the managing means 6 as monitor data through a pay station network 5. The monitor data sent from the judging means 3 are reported to a network terminal 7 first and the network terminal 7 reports it to a server 9. This server 9 updates its internal database according to the received data and holds the information. The operator accesses the database on the server 9 through the remote maintenance terminal to display the trouble information on the screen. |
