PURPOSE: To secure the safety in the travel of a movable body and impair neither convenience such as steering over referencing to a display screen nor convenience to passengers by setting the amount of information which is displayed less than a specific information amount when it is decided that the visual point of the driver of the movable body is in a specific range. CONSTITUTION: Visual point coordinates found from the position coordinates of the eyeballs detected by an eyeball position detecting means 10a and the sight line direction calculated by a sight line calculating means 10b is sent to a visual point deciding means 13. The sight line coordinates outputted by the sight line calculating means 10b is compared with coordinates previously stored in a coordinate storage means 12 and the visual point deciding means 13 decides whether or not the visual point of the driver 20 is in the specific range 4a including the display screen of a display device 4. A visible information display means 14 makes a judgement from the decision result of the travel state and the visual point decision result of the driver 20 and when the vehicle is in a travel state and the driver 20 looks at the display screen, the electric power supplied to the display device 4 is cut off by controlling an on/off switch 8 to erase the output of visible information display. |
