The methods provides various intelligent network services by implementing the information fee-receiving agent application service on a TDX to develop the SSP(Service Switching Point) and an intelligent network, and comprises the steps of: receiving a primitive from the corresponding block; performing the procedure corresponding to the primitive for transmitting it and ending the step; transmitting the primitive corresponding to the block when receiving the component primitive or transmitting the error primitive to a dialogue handling block for an error to end the step; storing the primitive corresponding to its sort or transmitting it to end the step when receiving a dialogue primitive from the dialogue handling block.
